I have heard of this wonderful thing called “overnight oatmeal” but I hadn’t tried it until just a little while ago. Now I’m hooked! I prefer to make it with buckwheat groats because I’m not really into the texture of oatmeal on it’s own, but you can substitute oats if you prefer.
I have found variations of this recipe in countless cookbooks and all over the web. I never would have given it a try, though, if my mom hadn’t bought me some Agar Agar when she went on a trip. Thanks, mom!
