One Love Organics Chia Whip Foam Cleanser Review

I’m all for gentle cleansers and I am recently loving the Pai Camellia & Rose Gentle Hydrating Cleanser (review) but sometimes your skin just really needs a deep clean, you know?  Ever since going with ‘green’ facial products I have found that my skin is clean, just not quite as clean feeling as I was previously used to.  This might be because my skin is healthier and more soft, but part of me is worried that I have a lot of residual oil, dirt and makeup stretching my pores and preparing to have a massive breakout.  But then I found my proverbial knight in shining armour to wage war on this potential uprising: One Love Organics Chia Whip Foam Cleanser.

My Everyday Skin Care Routine

Having tried a few different cleansers and facial products I have narrowed down my skin care routine.  One of the best things you can do for your skin is to keep it simple, and keep it consistent.  As tempting as it is to keep trying new facial creams, serums, cleansers, etc, your skin will respond best if you find something that works well and stay with it.  That doesn’t mean that I’m not on the search for something better, but for now I use the following products every day and really like how balanced and healthy my skin is.

Facial Cleansers

It doesn’t really matter how much make-up you wear or which moisturizer you use on your face, if you don’t have clear skin underneath it all there’s really no good way to hide it.  Step one of everyone’s skin care routine is that pesky facial cleanser.  With so many options out there at the drug store, department store or health foods store it’s easy to become overwhelmed.  So what’s an eco diva to do?  Try a bunch of different ones, have the majority of them fail miserably (read: worst breakout I’ve had since I was 13) until a solution is finally found.
