100% Pure Satin Cream Eye Shadow in Tahiti Review

Some of you may know this already, but my eyelids are extremely sensitive and mineral shadows alone can sometimes be very irritating and case a severe case of eczema in which I can not wear eye shadow for a week or two after the one glorious night. I combat this by using cream shadows as a base or balms as primers. 100% Pure’s Satin Cream Eye Shadow in Tahiti is a super pretty neutral base colour that is working well for me so far.

I find the formula to be very similar to 100% Pure’s pot rouges; it is very hydrating, easy to apply and blend, and has great staying power. Even though it is fruit pigmented there is no scent, which works just fine for me. The colour is a warm, sand, golden colour with just a hint of shimmer. It works very well with the pot rouge in Ballerina, but also works well on it’s own with or without some eyeliner for a great subtle, natural look. It lasts all day, and removes very easily at night with even the gentlest of cleansers.
I will most definitely be looking into other shadows from 100% Pure in the very near future.
